The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the double room with swimming pool views, everything was great. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Busy Bodies Zoological Park. There were shopping malls and a large shopping mall around the hotel. Everyone from the staff was affable and wonderfully friendly...

Some of the staff were very slow.

Perfectly clean room, immaculately clean hotel in general.

it's truly exceptional hotel with efficient staff on that shift that helped us. exceptionally nice location, a short walk to everywhere. walking distance to a shopping mall and a large shopping mall across the street.

Enjoyed being close to the freeway which made it convenient to travel around 🚗. the rooms were really quiet and absolutely perfect, plus they provided a shower cap and towels which was a nice touch.

The lodge is perfectly located right across the mall where you can easily find high quality fresh meals from SuperSpar. It is also adjacent to The Grove Shopping Mall, offering convenience and variety for shopping and dining options. Additionally, the staff at the lodge is helpful and the overall cleanliness of the place is commendable.

The in-house food menu and bar could be more extensive.
